Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200+ within the Contiguous USA (Please note, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Internationally at this time). Packages will be shipped via USPS or UPS unless another shipping method is selected.

While most of our orders are processed within 3-4 business days, orders may take longer to process prior to shipment. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days after the order is processed, depending on your location. All orders ship from Greenville, Alabama.

If you would like your order expedited, you will need to select and pay for priority shipping at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost by the carrier. Delivery times are not guaranteed.


Return Policy

We sincerely hope that you love all of your purchases from FSHN FWRD! Although we do understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Returns are eligible for store credit only and qualified items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, your item is no longer eligible for a return.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

-Eligible Items-

Items must be in perfect condition in order to be accepted for return. We will not accept a return of merchandise that has been used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. All items must have the original tags and be in original packaging. Items with cosmetic stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, perfume or cigarette smell, and/or stains of any other kind will not be accepted. 

The following items are not eligible for return:

      -items purchased during a sale
      -swimwear, bodysuits, leggings (for hygiene purposes)
      -items designated as FINAL SALE

-Making your return-

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Accepted carrier options are USPS, UPS, & FedEx. Items should be returned with care and sent in proper packaging to protect the return. The customer is responsible for return items that are damaged or lost during return shipping. 

Customers must include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Any returns sent without a packing slip risk being ineligible and/or may delay the processing of your return. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, you will receive a store credit via email.

-Damaged Items-

If you receive an order that contains damaged items, any damages must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at hello@shopfshnfwrd.com and forward photos of any damages. 

Products that appear to have slight variations in color from the online images due to computer monitor, photography, lighting etc. do not qualify as damage.
